Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I just made the broccoli orecchiette from the book and that alone took about 30 minutes. I didn't have orecchiette and used up a few open packets of different types of pasta I had in the pantry. A great tasty dinner, devoured by all.

I must admit I've made this from watching the show rather than the book but it's a pretty easy and forgiving recipe. I've even used frozen broccoli and it works just as well. A great pantry/freezer standby when you need something quick and tasty.

This is amazing. We now have it often. It's one of our favourites. Full of flavour and delicious.

This was dry and dull. I will not repeat. Nothing special here.

The pasta dish had a heady complex garlic taste, it was satisfyingly filling, without being too heavy for a meal on a hot summers day.
