    A favourite, in regular rotation in our household. This has replaced our simpler basil pesto pasta, it is so good! We don't bother with the side salads - in our view not necessary.

    Another great Jamie Oliver pasta recipe-this was quick, easy, and satisfying. The sauce is quite rich from the almonds and cheese and really benefits from the extra cherry tomatoes served as a garnish on top. I only had time to make one of the accompanying salads and chose the deliciously austere arugula and lemon salad, which was a great accompaniment. Note: the ciabatta and thyme are only needed if you are serving the accompanying bread course, which I did not.
