    I don't know if it is fair to rate this when I used peach jam and homemade canned peaches for this recipe rather than raspberry jam and pears, but it was so delicious! I used a 9 inch crust because I haven't been able to find pre-made tart shells, and I think it could have used more meringue to cover properly. It came together so fast, and was fabulous with vanilla ice cream melting over it.
