    Easy and very tasty. I used tarragon instead of thyme because I bought some for another recipe and it needed using up.

    I made this several times over the last few years. It's a good, go to recipe. Very fast, everyone that eats it loves it and works great for both mid week dinner as well as a supper for guests. Giving it 5 stars as each time I made it, it came out great and no one has refused seconds yet! :D

    amazing recipe - I have cooked this dish at least 5 times (that is saying something - as I usually don't repeat a recipe!) - really easy and quick - perfect for a mid week supper!
