I'll be honest, I don't ever expect to do these full meals in the 30 minutes, and that's fine with me. I had lots of time to make this, so adapted it slightly. The satay sauce was delicious - I cut the chicken into chunks and coated it all in the sauce and left it to marinade for an hour or so, before cooking it in the oven. The noodles were really tasty. I hadn't used that technique before, of zizzing flavours up in the mini processor and then mixing it all in with the cooked noodles. I'll be using it again - much easier than chopping and stir frying.

This was a good, all round, satay sauce. Went really well with the rest of the meal. Will make again.

This was a delicious satay sauce - served with grilled chicken.
