Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Made the minty sugar and it smelled divine. So simple and yet so effective. The vibrant green colour also looks very nice on fruit and I later used left over sugar on a Lemon yogurt cake with cream. But that's a different story. The fruit with the coconut yoghurt was super nice and the little ones loved it too.

I didn't have any mint so I used pineapple sage from my garden. Maybe it was less potent, but I couldn't really taste it in the sugar. I think to simplify in the future I would just serve the pineapple and blueberries with the coconut yogurt. I used So Delicious yogurt made from cultured coconut milk, not sure if he meant that or coconut flavored yogurt, but I really liked it and it went brilliantly with the fruit. Made the fruit more "dessert-like" without making it unhealthy.
