Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Notes about this recipe

It's really not very easy to cook just one or two recipes from these menus since the instructions are sequenced for making every part of the menu. I was just making the piri piri chicken and dressed potatoes and it was disjointed. Especially when you get consecutive instructions "Turn the chicken over" with no indication as to how long for. I think I probably didn't do long enough as the chicken wasn't cooked after the time in the oven (18 mins) and needed another 10 minutes for a total 28 mins - which rather destroys the 30 minute meal target! It was OK, not worth a repeat though the sauce was flavorful. Not mad keen on microwaved potatoes either. This felt like a meal that would have been better without cutting corners to save time.

Relatively easy to make and the sauce tastes great with the chicken. Served with lemony baked potatoes and rocket salad.
