    As per the name, this was seriously good! Because I had to clean the mussels, (Jamie's instructions said get your fishmonger to do it), I did the dish in 40 minutes, with the couscous, yogurt & a different simpler salad. One of his instructions I thought was daft; he said roughly chop 2 tomatoes, and finely chop the other 2 tomatoes - why? So I did a rough chop for all tomatoes. And I used cod instead of monkfish - cheaper, still lovely.
