    Very nice salmon recipe, which I'd make again. I used regular peas as couldn't get snow peas. Would recommend using a really good stock for this (I skimped and used a cube, but next time would use something better quality).

    Can substitute shredded or torn lettuce for bean sprouts in salad. Add snow peas to broth at last minute to avoid overcooking. Takes well over an hour to make!
