    A great little prep for some crispy little potatoes. The method is very straight forward (& easy to follow even though this is one of those "make the whole menu at once" books - which are NOT always easy to follow for one recipe) and the result is a pan of crispy (but tender!) potatoes flavoured with garlic, lemon and rosemary. I simply counted out how many potatoes I wanted for the 2 of us (and according to T - it was not enough :) and eyeballed the flavourings. I can see making these lots - no need to look at the book after the 1st time.
