    Followed this recipe to the letter, except that I didn't have any celery so I doubled up on the carrots. The flavour was nice, and the addition of Worcestershire sauce made it tasty but I found it quite a dry dish. If I were to make it again, I would add a splash of beef stock and covered the pan to keep moisture in.
