    simple pasta using what most of us have on hand with the exception of fresh basil. Added baby artichoke hearts and sliced black olives, but any addition will do here. Lots of basil and good amount of fresh lemon juice makes this recipe worth making. Although I halved the recipe, it made for 4 servings instead of 3. This is a solid recipe worth repeating again when looking to make with canned tuna.

    This is one of my all-time favorite pasta recipes, and a frequent request from family and friends. I've been making it for years now, sometimes just as written, sometimes with the addition of extra veg I have on hand, or with different pasta (I like tagliatelle best). It's good the day you make it, but truly outstanding warmed up the next day.
