    I made this recipe almost exactly as written, the only change being that I attempted to puree the entire soup rather than only part of it. The beans did not puree very well and the soup ended up chunky anyway. The flavor was so off-putting that I decided to toss it after only two bites. It was also a very unappetizing color. Overall, it was just too overwhelming and unpleasant. I won't be attempting this again.
