    Added 1 Tablespoon powdered instant dry milk, replaced 1/4 cup of the whole wheat flour with 1/4 cup wheat germ. I used an entire packet of instant yeast. I also used the dough cycle on my machine and shaped it into a loaf and let it rise and bake it in the oven because I’m a control freak and I think I get better results that way than baking in my bread machine. This was an amazingly flavorful loaf with an awesome texture. Light and fluffy. I’ll definitely be making this one again. Might be my next favorite whole wheat bread.
