    Love this. Super easy. Great use of mushrooms and could do lots of variations. I didn’t add the extra butter or olive oil at the end and it was still excellent (I recommend lots of salad on the side). I added dried rosemary while the mushrooms were cooking as I didn’t have fresh and it was still fragrant (without the hard rosemary you sometimes get with dried)
