    I halved the recipe because I have a 4 1/2 Cup mold. Most other kugelhopf recipes finished with a dough that you baked, this one ended in a batter that you poured into the mold and baked. The flavor combination of Grand Marnier, orange zest and cardamom is lovely, but I am not too happy with the crumb.
