Naughty rhubarb scones from Food52

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Decided to try a new recipe for rhubarb scones with my homegrown rhubarb, and picked this one (despite the name, which I do not like). Used just over 2 cups of diced rhubarb which is quite a lot, and didn’t bother macerating it first. Other than that I basically followed the recipe and got 16 scones. I had to add some extra liquid as outlined. These scones were delicious; brought them to our group and everyone loved them. Will def make again.

I'm not sure why I never thought about it before, but rhubarb seems to be the perfect scone pairing.
