    Really rich and filling. When I was putting this together, I was thinking that it was way too much prosciutto and chevre. I was wrong- this is a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Served this for a light supper with a side of romaine and avocado salad. The only change I made was to use all half and half instead of the cream and milk combo as I was out of cream.
