    Can substitute tinned caramel for dulce de leche.

    These were so amazingly delicious! I made mini cupcakes and used canned caramel top n fill instead of dulce de leche. I slightly changed the icing and don’t remember exact quantities but simply used butter, icing sugar and the leftover caramel. Yum.
