    I really enjoyed this recipe- I used it as a base to make purple sweet potato cupcakes with 2 Tbl dried purple sweet potato powder and 1 tsp ube flavoring. Topped with cream cheese icing, macapuno coconut strings in syrup, fresh mango and blackberries- yay!
