Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was tasty and filling. I used coconut almond milk, and took the advice of another reviewer and used on 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice. For sweetener "sweet potential" preserve featuring apples. Made 3 servings of it, I hope it reheats nicely for breakfast tomorrow.
