Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe produced a juicy, delicious hamburger using 92% lean ground beef, something I’ve had trouble creating in the past. The onions and minced garlic sautéed in oil, and then combined with Worcester sauce and the ground beef, makes the patties moist enough to not dry out while pan frying. Served this with oven roasted potatoes and grilled broccoli. Great hamburger!
