Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used whole wheat pastry flour in place of half the white flour, and almond milk. Both substitutions worked well. The filling made it tricky to tell when the bread was done; I left it in 5 extra minutes and it turned out perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't do a good job of swirling, so there were large-ish blobs of filling - not bad, but not ideal (the filling wasn't that sweet). The bread stuck to the bottom of the pan slightly; lining with parchment might be helpful. My family loved this.
