    Okay this recipe is DELICIOUS and nice and healthy. Only changes I made were using an onion with the chard because I ran out of scallops and not throwing everything into a frying pan at the end. It’s a meal by itself and tastes great. Follow her tip of saving the olive oil from roasting the chickpeas and garlic. It’s wonderfully infused now and I’m dipping ciabatta in it as a snack.
