    p. 208 A unique and flavourful sauce that paired perfectly with our somewhat dry chorizo empanadas. I made the dish as written with the exception of using Mexican crema in place of sour cream. Since the crema is thinner than sour cream I used about 1/4 c more than required and, reduced the amount of cream accordingly. This also served to reduce the fat (hah!). This made far more than we needed however it kept very well in the fridge and worked really well w nacho chips. I’d definitely make this again.
