Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These were absolutely delicious. However, I suggest cutting the chili oil in half. I used 1 and 1/2 tablespoons and my husband and I like spicy, but this blew our heads off. I also cut the pork back to 8 ounces as that is plenty for two servings.
