    This salad is delicious, but prepping the brussels sprouts is a bit of a pain. I think shaving them would work fine. The walnut vinaigrette (made with melted butter, walnut oil, champaigne vinegar, shallots, crushed walnuts, and salt and pepper) is delicious. I think it would work with shredded cabbage.
