Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I had high hopes for this one, but even though the roasting garlic aroma filled the kitchen with promise, this entree turned out just okay. It wasn't the most flavorful way to eat salmon despite the oil, wine,lemon and garlic drizzle. I added some diced Russett potatoes to the pan, which made for a complete meal. Probably won't repeat.
