    I love making these...my favorite way to enjoy turnips (especially the big/tougher ones that aren't as easy or tasty to roast well.) They make a great little snack or nibble along with a tasty side to a stir fry or other Asian main dish. Definitely need to wait at least 24 hours to enjoy for the flavors to merge and marinate into the turnip slices.
