Bocconcini di Pura Capra or another young goat cheese can be substituted for Rocamadour cheese.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I am a fan of adding strawberries to salads, and I'm surprised that I didn't come across this salad sooner. The strawberries and goat cheese are unsurprisingly delicious together, but the shallots in the dressing and the radishes were really needed and welcomed to pull this away from tasting like dessert. I made half the salad, but found I needed the full amount of dressing to get the lettuce dressed (and I usually go light on dressing). I subbed sherry vinegar for the verjuice and used regular young goat cheese.
