Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Used dried mulberries because it's what I had. Needed more time to soften them. Did not pulverize the bran because my small food processor could not do it, ended up with small bran bits that worked just as well. The texture of the muffins was very nice. Also had to use maple syrup instead of molasses. Will certainly try these with molasses next time.
