    2/28/12 Made this according to the recipe with the following adaptations: Thinly sliced Napa cabbage, bok choy, Romaine hearts instead of watercress and iceberg. Increased the red pepper flakes to 1/2 t. Omitted salt. Included soy sauce. Included sliced fresh shiitakes. Reheated cooked jasmine rice with small amount chicken broth. Deeeee-licious...
