Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a bit bland, but would be fine as an accompaniment to spicier dishes, as Nadine Abensur suggests. Don't stint on the coriander. Some grated lemon zest would be good too. I jazzed it up with a glug of fino sherry added at the end. Oh, and I added some bacon, just because I had some to use up, and broad beans without bacon just didn't seem right.
