Can substitute Cointreau for brandy. See recipe for variations.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Really delicious and so quick to do. Effort vs results 10/10. Orange flower water isn't something I have in the cupboard, but using Cointreau instead of brandy I considered it wasn't necessary. As the recipe specified stem ginger syrup, I used the stem ginger from the jar rather than crystallised ginger. Used Greek yoghurt instead of cream.
