Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Nice risotto. I didn't do it exactly as written, subbing sugar snap peas for broad beans as didn't have any and skipping the mascarpone. I also made it the traditional risotto way, rather than pre-cooking and cooling the rice. It looked pretty with the bright green veg against the white rice.
