    Did these in instapot for 2.5 hours. Added a bit of brown sugar at the end as well as bit more vinegar. My husband is a baked bean maniac and said they were delcious.

    Delicious dish took 6 hours to cook, started by boiling the beans for a hour and added the beans and their cooking liquor to the pot. Cooked at an average of 300 degrees higher at the end. They were delicious. Added 6 sprigs of thyme, 3 pay leaves, roasted garlic and 2 teaspoons of worsteshire to sauce to the recipie. They were a real hit.
