Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very nice. Used the full amount of lemon juice. Not sure it is worth the effort to make the rosemary salt for sprinkling on the pita chips. It would probably work just as well to just sprinkle a bit of salt and finely minced rosemary to the oiled pita chips. Fewer dishes to wash this way, anyway.
