    p. 184 This is a newer cookbook on my shelf and the recipes I’ve seen thus far look wonderful, I’ve flagged a lot of recipes. I made a variation of this dish, electing to roast the tomatoes in the oven vs charring atop the charcoal grill since it was raining the day we were craving this. If the dish suffered in any way, we didn’t know it. The basil-infused fresh ricotta proved to be the perfect foundation for these super-sweet, caramelized gems.
