    Made this again, steaming the eggs 14 minutes, instead of boiling. Perfect hard cooked eggs that peeled easily. Added chopped celery and green onions to the rest of the ingredients.

    Nice topping for crostini. Add the hot pepper oil cautiously as it packs a lot of heat! This also works well as a sandwich filling.
