    pg 54 in UK edition - I made this for our Valentine's Supper - lovely combo of flavours and textures, the avocado wasn't that crispy but never-the-less still delicious. Served with a Lebanese flatbread on the side made from my Mediterranean Vegetarian Feasts book http://www.eatyourbooks.com/library/recipes/1401607/lebanese-flat-breads-with-zaatar.
