    This was tasty and pretty easy to put together, provided the sweet potato was roasted in advance. I subbed 2 carrots for the celery and used water instead of broth, since I was out. Did not use the bacon either (in print recipe as garnish option, not on ingredient list.) As this sits, it gets really really thick. Will need to thin the leftovers with water. Served with some avocado and a dollop of sour cream.
