    This was nice, but not outstanding enough to justify the fact it was a bit faffy for a soup recipe (blanching and peeling tomatoes, grilling and peeling peppers) so I probably won't make it again. The best thing was the basil oil/pulp drizzled over the top at the end, which is an idea I'd repeat.
