    Wow, this was so much better than I expected it to be. I used turkey breast since that's what I had, and didn't have any chinese greens so subbed with spinach. This came out beautifully: it's more of a noodle dish with a bit of broth than a soup. The flavours of the garlic and ginger in the broth were great, and it was very filling.
