Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My first ever time making pasta! I ended up adding an extra egg as my eggs were only medium size, and I had to use regular all purpose flour as couldn't get Tipo 00. The recipe actually seemed to come together really well, but I think my mistake was that I didn't get it rolled out thin enough with my rolling pin, which gave me quite a thick and chewy end result. Ravioli probably wasn't the best type of pasta dish to try to start with! I think I'd probably need a pasta machine to get it right.

    Good basic pasta recipe (1 lb flour + 5 eggs).

    This is very nice, but I have not gotten to the stage where I could do it quickly yet. So, not an everyday thing.
