    The flavour combination of proscuitto, basil, sundried tomatoes and mozzarella was great. However (my fault) my pasta came out way too thick and the overall result was much too tough and chewy.

    Nice recipe, mozzarella, prosciutto, basil and sundried tomatoes are always a good idea.
