    Delicious! I had curly kale and 2 garnet yams that needed using, so EYB to the rescue. Love this combo with peanut butter which was essential but not overpowering. Comfort food at it's best. I might kick up the spice next time but that's easy enough to add to individual serving. Went well with some homemade corn bread.

    This was really good. A well-spiced comforting winter dish. I used homemade beef/lamb broth instead of vegetable. Next time I'll make this and add chicken, which seems to be traditional. I've been enjoying this for breakfast too, not just for dinner!
