    This was a nice, simple way to cook tuna. I was doing two tuna steaks so I made half the marinade, but I don't think it turned out to be enough - maybe I had particularly large pieces of tuna. Next time I'd make the full batch of marinade for two large pieces of tuna, particularly in terms of the liquid ingredients and fresh herbs. I cooked the tuna for about 30-40 seconds on each side and it came out super rare, which is how we like it.
