    I made this to shred and serve with Chinese pancakes, hoisin sauce and cucumber/spring onion. It came out wonderfully, I was very pleased with the result. Because I shredded the meat I couldn't comment so much on how it would be if you were eating it in larger pieces with gravy, but it seemed to be tender and not dried out.
