    My first time ever making artichokes (and one of my only times eating them), so it's hard to know how to rate this! I really enjoyed the overall flavours, but the instructions on prepping the artichokes weren't all that clear, particularly in terms of how much of the stalk and the outer leaves to remove. I think I ended up taking off too much stalk and not enough of the outer leaves (the exterieur ended up a little chewy). I enjoyed this, but considering that artichokes are expensive and quite hassly to prepare, I probably won't make it again in a hurry.
