Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I found this a bit "meh". My chickpeas still had quite a bit of bite to them even after the overnight soaking and two hours of cooking, and they didn't really absorb the oil so much as just sit in a puddle of it, so the dish was a bit dry and mealy. The flavours of the herbs and chilli were nice though. I wouldn't really make this again.
